Our projects follow a particular design and build process that ensures a smooth, reliable and a high standard of service. We are able to work alongside various subcontractors, architects, engineers and tradespeople in order to develop and deliver the clients desired project.

DESIGN

The first stage of our design process involves taking the time to meet in person with our clients and listen to their vision, which allows us to understand and comprehend the requirements and direction of the project. From this, we are able to work alongside architects & engineers to begin turning the clients dreams into a reality. We thoroughly enjoy new projects that incorporate innovative concepts and ideas and we pride ourselves on being able to guide and support your project from conception to completion.

COST PLANNING AND PERMITS

In this stage, we are able to provide the client with a comprehensive and transparent costing breakdown of the project, to assist with the funding of the clients project. We take great care to ensure all costs are accounted for down to the most minute detail, to make certain we are able to operate within the clients desired budget. Furthermore, we are able to assist in obtaining the correct permits such as civil plans, soil reports and any other legal documents required.

BUILDING

It is through this stage that our skilled team begins the construction of the clients project. Throughout this stage, we remain the clients one point of contact to answer every question, whilst providing constant onsite management and supervision to ensure the smooth progression of the project and completion within the specified budget and time frame.
